## CICO brings our fintech capabilities together.

CICO is the fintech business within Commerce 360. Its financial ecosystem includes point-of-sale activity, merchant onboarding, core banking, wallet technologies, virtual cards, payment gateways, network infrastructure and remittance.

Those capabilities serve different needs and market contexts. CICO Pay focuses on merchant onboarding and card acceptance operations in the United States. CICO wallet operations in Ethiopia are banking-led. Hawilpay brings the remittance and corridor perspective.

## SPARK connects the network within CICO.

SPARK is CICO’s Secure Payment Architecture & Routing Kernel. It is the platform focused on the connections between banks, wallets and payment providers, and the coordination of payment journeys between them.

The relationship is straightforward: Commerce 360 is the company; CICO brings together the fintech business; SPARK provides a focused payment-network platform within it.
